The current Design@USC tuition rate is $1,800 per credit. The program requires the completion of 38 credits, so the total program cost for students who enroll for the 2017–18 academic year is $68,400. This figure should be used for estimation purposes as tuition rates are reassessed each academic year. Students should expect a moderate tuition increase each year.
Residency experience fees are not covered by tuition. Each student must attend two residency experiences. Residency experience fees will be charged in the semester in which they take place. These fees will be set annually and will include room and board but not travel expenses to and from USC.
